Learn to use your body (breath and movement) as a sure fire way to overcome anxiety and overwhelm, regulate up or down and bring you back to yourself and reality.
Build better self-esteem, know yourself, accept yourself, work with yourself through focused exercises that map your values, strengths, capabilities, defensive character, weaknesses and patterns in relationships.
Even if you can't always feel them, learn to identify and name your feelings or other people's. Apply the life changing skill to be self-compassionate and accepting.
Learn to use Behaviour Change tools in your everyday life, stop the things that don’t help you and start doing a bit more of what does help you.
